We want you to love your Tiny Footlets! If for any reason you’re not 100% happy, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us with your order number.

  2. We’ll send you simple return instructions.

  3. Send the shoes back in their original condition (unworn, clean, with tags/packaging).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to show up, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem, we’re happy to arrange an exchange within 30 days. Just let us know when you contact us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.

  • In the rare case of a faulty or incorrect order, we’ll cover all costs to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, worn or washed shoes cannot be returned. Please try shoes on indoors to check fit before wear.

Final Sale Shoes, can also not be returned.
